However, slight variations in colour, print positioning and appearance may occur due to screen settings, garment characteristics and production processes.

Such variations do not include significant manufacturing defects, incorrect products or products that materially differ from their descriptions.

Customers are encouraged to review all product details and sizing information before placing an order.

3. Orders & Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided during checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We may contact you if additional information is required to process it.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including:

Product unavailability.
Incorrect pricing or listing errors.
Suspected fraudulent transactions.
Incomplete or inaccurate order information.
Circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If an order is cancelled after successful payment, any amount collected for the cancelled order will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

4. Made-to-Order Production

Certain ElyraCore products are prepared or printed specifically after an order is placed.

Production timelines may vary depending on the product, design, order volume and availability of materials.

As production may begin shortly after order confirmation, cancellation requests cannot always be accommodated once production has started.

5. Pricing & Payments

All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges and any applicable additional fees will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timelines communicated on our website.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by production schedules, courier operations, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As certain products are made to order, we do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference or incorrect size selection by the customer.

For visible damage, incorrect items or printing errors, customers are requested to report the issue within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

To raise a request, email shop.elyracore@gmail.com with your order ID, a description of the issue, clear photographs and a video showing the product and reported issue.

If video evidence is unavailable, please contact us with the supporting evidence you have so we can assess your concern.

Genuine manufacturing defects and other statutory consumer rights remain protected under applicable law.

All original ElyraCore branding, logos, artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs and website content are owned by ElyraCore or used with appropriate permission, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an ElyraCore product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property associated with its design.
