1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and delivery takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are faster, remote areas may take a little longer.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all our products are custom printed on demand especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like wrong size selection or change of mind. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted product, we will replace it free of cost just contact us within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos.

3. My order is showing as delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

Please check with neighbours or your building reception first. If still not found, contact us within 48 hours and we will raise a complaint with the courier partner on your behalf.

4. Do you ship outside India?

Currently we only ship within India. International shipping may be available in the future.
