Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable at the time of delivery, our logistics partner will attempt to find an alternative solution or the order may be returned to our fulfillment center.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is made.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment through the courier partner's website.


Failed Delivery & Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or an unserviceable pin code, the order may be returned to our fulfillment center. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photographs as proof. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.
