Certain ElyraCore products are prepared or printed on demand, meaning production begins after an order has been placed.

Order processing includes payment confirmation, product preparation, quality checks and packaging.

Estimated processing and delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, production requirements and order volume.

Orders are processed on business days, excluding Sundays and applicable public holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across serviceable locations in India.

Available shipping options and applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability and the product ordered.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. The estimated delivery period begins after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any promotional shipping offers will be subject to the conditions stated at the time of purchase.

No additional shipping charges will be collected after checkout without your agreement, except where additional services or re-delivery are requested.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the contact details provided during checkout, where tracking is available.

Please allow some time for the courier's tracking system to reflect the latest shipment updates.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

  • Full name.

  • Complete delivery address.

  • Correct PIN code.

  • Active contact number.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at shop.elyracore@gmail.com.

We will attempt to accommodate corrections where possible, but address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated unavailability or other customer-related delivery issues, the courier may return the shipment to us.

Where appropriate, additional shipping charges may apply if you request re-delivery.

If an order is returned to us, please contact our support team to discuss the available options.

7. Delayed Shipments

While we aim to fulfil orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Courier or logistics disruptions.

  • Public holidays.

  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an update or appropriate resolution.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend documenting its condition and contacting us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the package and affected product.

  • A video showing the reported issue, where available.

We will review the matter and coordinate with the relevant delivery partner where necessary.

Verified cases involving lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered orders will be resolved appropriately, subject to applicable consumer rights.
